On July 8, 2024, the NATO Veterans Initiative (NAVI) will host a landmark online webinar titled “NATO’s 75 Years with NATO Generals.” This event aims to reflect on the storied history of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization over the past seven and a half decades, providing a comprehensive overview of its evolution and pivotal moments. In addition to celebrating NATO’s historical milestones, the topics will also include the challenges and opportunities presented by emerging security threats, the importance of adaptive strategies in a rapidly changing geopolitical landscape, and the role of technological advancements in defense. The NAVI Research Institute is the research division of NATO Veterans Initiative - NAVI that provides a unique perspective to transatlantic leaders and societies on peace and security through the lens of NATO's founding principles of rule of law, democracy, human rights, and individual liberties. The NAVI Research Institute was officially established by the NAVI Board on July 16th, 2023.
